The spring meeting was held with all delegates except the members from Denmark and Iceland. The meeting focused on preparing for the EUROSAF meeting the day after and the upcoming ISAF meeting in May. All Nordic Championships to be held this year are now decided.
The minutes from the meeting will be published soon. The issues discussed were mainly focused on the coming meetings. The EUROSAF meeting also has some problems due to the ashes coming down from Iceland. On the EUROSAF meeting the main issue will be the election of new president and vice president.
A schedule is now in place for the coming Nordic Championships. We hope that these events will be successful and reports will be published during the summer.
The website will be the responsibility of the country in office. Due to technical problems not all have access to the page but as soon as all problems are solved we hope to update the site more continuously.
This year’s spring meeting was held in very good spirit and the cooperation between our countries is very good.

The next meeting will be in October in Tallinn.

The Skandinavian SF springmeeting will be held this weekend in Paris. This is in combination with European Sailing Federation (EUROSAF) meeting. But the meeting is in danger. Some of the delegates cannot travel becase of the vulcanic cloud from Iceland covering the nordic countries.
